Customer Service Rep
Kendal Salas has over 5 years of experience in customer support roles at industry-leading technology companies. He began his career at Amazon as a Customer Service Associate, where he received top accolades for his post-sale customer satisfaction ratings. Next, he moved on to Hewlett Packard, where he served as the main contact between customers and onsite technicians and engineers. Prior to joining nFüsz, Kendal advanced his career at technology giant IBM. He managed purchase order creation and invoice reconciliation between subcontractors, suppliers, and IBM. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from the Latin University of Costa Rica.
