• Rory Cutaia
Chief Executive Officer, President, Director, and Chairman
Rory began his career as an attorney at a major NYC law firm, representing world-renowned entrepreneurs. Since then, Rory changed the landscape of the telecom industry through a tech company start-up called Telx, which became the internationally recognized leader in the data center sector and the de facto standard, even today, by which the world’s telecom carriers interconnect to one another. Following the highly lucrative sale of Telx for more than $200M, Rory became a partner and ‘Entreprenuer-in-Residence’ in a NYC based private equity fund. Now, as Founder & CEO of Hollywood-based, digital tech company nFüsz, Inc., Rory and his team have re-invented what a customer relationship management (CRM), lead-gen tool should be in today’s video-centric business and social environment. Their proprietary, next-generation interactive video technology is the core of their cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products. Their flagship product, notifiCRM, places interactive video front and center in all customer and prospect communications, automating the sales process. They offer subscription-based CRM, sales lead generation, and social engagement software on mobile and desktop platforms for sales-based organizations, consumer brands, and artists seeking greater levels of engagement and higher conversion rates. Their platform can accommodate any size campaign or sales organization and is enterprise-class scalable to meet the needs of today’s global organizations. Rory is also actively involved in many charitable endeavors. He founded the US Chapter of Innocence in Danger, a global organization dedicated to the protection and rehabilitation of children who have been victims of trafficking. • Jimmy Geiskopf

James P. Geiskopf became a director of nFüsz in May 2014, and as an independent director, is currently the Chair of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Mr. Geiskopf has 32 years of experience leading major organizations. Mr. Geiskopf was the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Budget Rent-a-Car of Fairfield California until 2007 when he sold the franchise. Mr. Geiskopf served on the Board of Directors of Suisun Valley Bank and on the Board of Directors of Napa Valley Bancorp. Mr. Geiskopf has also served as an officer and director of several other publicly listed companies.
• Ken Cragun

BA highly regarded, strategic-thinking financial executive, comfortable in fast-growth and dynamic environments, Ken Cragun has more than 30-years experience leading major financing transactions, including IPOs, completing acquisitions and executing integration strategies, and building teams in more than 20 countries. Mr. Cragun has broad business knowledge combined with strong technical skills related to GAAP accounting and SEC reporting. His area of focus has been in the technology and digital marketing sectors, including SaaS model software companies, with CFO experience in multi-national businesses of up to $600 million in annual revenue. Mr. Cragun is currently Chief Financial Officer of CorVel Corporation, (NASDAQ: CRVL), a $1.1B market cap company and a nationwide leader in technology driven risk management programs. Mr. Cragun has been with CorVel since January 2018. He is also a CFO Partner at Hardesty, LLC, a national executive services firm since October 2016. Among his achievements prior to joining CorVel, Mr. Cragun served as chief financial officer of two NASDAQ-listed companies: Local Corporation, from April 2009 to September 2016, which operated Local.com, a U.S. top 100 website; and Modtech Holdings, Inc., from June 2006 to March 2009, a supplier of modular buildings. Mr. Cragun is also a CPA and began his professional career at Deloitte. Mr. Cragun earned his BS in Accounting from Colorado State University-Pueblo and his AAS in Business Management from Brigham Young University-Idaho. He is also a two-time finalist for the Orange County Business Journal “CFO of the Year” – Public Companies.
• Phil Bond

About Honorable Phillip J. Bond Phil Bond is President of Government Relations at Potomac International Partners, Inc., a multidisciplinary consulting firm that matches ideas with needs and creates opportunities from challenges. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Bond was Undersecretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce for Technology, and from 2002 to 2003 served concurrently as Chief of Staff to Commerce Secretary Donald Evans. In his dual role, Mr. Bond worked closely with Secretary Evans to increase market access for U.S. goods and services and further advance America’s technological leadership at home and around the world. He oversaw the operations of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the Office of Technology Policy, and the National Technical Information Service. During his tenure, the Technology Administration was the pre-eminent portal between the federal government and the U.S. technology industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bond served as Senior Vice President of Government Relations for Monster Worldwide, the world’s largest online career site, and General Manager of Monster Government Solutions. Mr. Bond also served as Director of Federal Public Policy for the Hewlett-Packard Company; Senior Vice President for Government Affairs and Treasurer of the Information Technology Industry Council; as Chief of Staff to the late Congresswoman Jennifer Dunn (R-WA); Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Legislative Affairs; Chief of Staff and Rules Committee Associate for Congressman Bob McEwen (R-OH); and as Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Legislative Affairs. Mr. Bond is a graduate of Linfield College in Oregon. During his 25-plus year career in Washington, Mr. Bond has been recognized for his leadership roles in the Executive branch, on Capitol Hill, at major high technology companies, and most recently as the CEO of TechAmerica, the largest technology advocacy association in the U.S. His professional accolades include: • Named to the Federal 100, the annual listing by Federal Computer Week of the most influential people in government technology; • Named one of the Top 50 Tech Leaders of 2003 by Scientific American magazine for his policy leadership around nanotechnology; • Elected Deputy Chair of the World Information Technology and Services Alliance, a federation of more than 70 national technology associations around the world; • Named a Tech Titan in Washingtonian Magazine’s annual listing of tech leaders; and • Recognized by Roll Call, the Capitol Hill newspaper, as one of The Fabulous Fifty, a listing of the most powerful staff in Congress.
• Chuckie Reddy

Chuckie Reddy is a senior finance professional with over 18 years experience in M&A finance and corporate development. He is currently Managing Director at a top 20 Fortune 500 global investment bank where he has been for the past 15 years. Mr. Reddy is also an active venture investor and is currently invested in over 15 unique private companies (seed through late-stage) across many sectors. Mr. Dubois served as Chief Information Officer at Microsoft from May 2013 through September 2017, where he was responsible for building, securing, and running Microsoft’s internal systems. During his 25-year tenure at Microsoft, Mr. DuBois also led Microsoft’s application, infrastructure, and security teams. He is also the author of the critically acclaimed book about the lessons he learned during Microsoft’s transformation under CEO Satya Nadella: Six Word Lessons to Think Like a Modern-Day CIO. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. DuBois held senior executive positions at Accenture. His background also includes extensive M&A and corporate development work at four public companies, including new investment and portfolio company work at a private equity fund. Mr. Nielsen has more than 20 years of senior executive level strategic planning, marketing, and advertising experience. At the intersection of marketing and technology, Erik’s agency career included roles with Fortune 500 companies Microsoft, Verizon, P&G, Nike, MasterCard, MSN, The Oprah Winfrey Network, XBOX, Yahoo, and eBay. He is currently Senior Director at Southwest Airlines, overseeing Marketing Strategy. Passionate about product development, Mr. Nielsen is a globally recognized game designer (“Game of the Year” nominee for LINQ™, Cannes France, 2010), and cofounder of the popular dating app, 2 Truths and a Lie™. He was previously Executive Director at Trailer Park, the largest entertainment marketer in the U.S., Director of Brand Strategy at Young & Rubicam, NY, and Co-Founder of McNulty Nielsen, Inc., a Los Angeles-based production facility. Mr. Nielsen is a lifelong tech enthusiast, having started his career at Accenture as a software developer. “I’ve been involved in leading-edge technology all of my professional career,” stated Erik Nielsen. “It’s not the technology itself that determines success and leadership status.
